Memory Monitor
Memory Monitor 1.2.4 (now a Universal binary) is a little Mac OS X application that displays the memory usage in its Dock icon (and optionally in a floating window), like CPU Monitor displays the CPU usage. It is published under the GNU General Public License, and the source code is included in the download.

I'd like an app that would not only show, but also erase unused memory so that I wouldn't had to reboot to get the free memory count up.
I like this simple app that does a great job of showing the status of your memory.
