This app is a GUI for the unix command 'cp'. It will take one or more folders (chosen from a dialog or by drag-n-drop) and merge their contents into a chosen folder. You can choose whether or not to overwrite existing files.

Note: This app does not support overwriting based on file dates.

If you customize the toolbar of Finder you can drag this awesome script in it. I almost overlooked this possibility myself. ;)
