Moments
Moments holds your photos on Dashboard. Drag a photo from a Finder window, your iPhoto Library or a Safari URL and it will keep it.
It can hold several pictures at once, and you can swap them pressing the spacebar, remove a picture hitting backspace or start a slideshow with customizable delay.
Moments comes in two fashions: Classic and Modern, both of them with ten different gorgeous Italian wooden frames.
Frames can be changed by double clicking the widget.

I was going to develop a frame widget for the Dashboard when I ran into this app. That was exactly what I wanted to do (and something more, too!). I do really recommend it!
The only photo frame worth dashboard space! Fantastic widget.
