MoofMenu adds a small icon to your system menu bar, right next to your Airport and Sound controls. Clicking on the icon opens a menu, in fact your menu - because you were the one that put the items in and organized them into hierarchic order. Just like your Apple menu in MacOS 9.

AliasMenu seems like a better solution, because it doesn't limit you to just one menu. You can add as many menus as you like. I have one for network apps, one for utils, one for mulitmedia apps, one for all the rest of the apps, one for folders, and one for frequently used files, Yeah, you can use hierarchical folders in Moof, but I find non-hierarchical menus much easier to use.
