Prism integrates web applications with the desktop, allowing web applications to be launched from the desktop and configured independently of the default web browser.
Ok, tried it out for myself. Prism keeps every SSB separate from each other (session/cookie wise). This rocks, and looks like a great reason to use Prism over Fluid.
Do each instance have different session/cookie stores? If so, this would make a useful alternative to Fluid. Fluid's biggest problem is even different generated SSB's maintain the same session/cookies. So you cant create 2 gmail fluid instances for different accounts.

For better integration check out Fluid (http://osx.iusethis.com/app/fluid) this is the same using WebKit.
Interesting proof of concept, but it definitely needs a lot of polishing, especially when it comes to Mac OS X integration.
