Ok, tried it out for myself. Prism keeps every SSB separate from each other (session/cookie wise). This rocks, and looks like a great reason to use Prism over Fluid.
Do each instance have different session/cookie stores? If so, this would make a useful alternative to Fluid. Fluid's biggest problem is even different generated SSB's maintain the same session/cookies. So you cant create 2 gmail fluid instances for different accounts.

For better integration check out Fluid (http://osx.iusethis.com/app/fluid) this is the same using WebKit.
Interesting proof of concept, but it definitely needs a lot of polishing, especially when it comes to Mac OS X integration.
