Man, it's come a long way from when I first tried it. Maybe it's just that I've been using MS Office (Mac) for too long, but NeoOffice feels and works so much better! It's not perfect and the UI is still a little clunky, but for my purposes it's more than sufficient. Mad kudos!

The universal version works very, very well on my MBP C2D; about as fast as Office 2004 overall.

I've heard that the OOo people are looking to restart their native Aqua port. I say, to hell with them - OOo can just suck it. NeoOffice FTW.

Love it. Notable speed increases lately, and it's already a lot faster than OOo.

I'm never buying MS Office, even though I can get it for cheap through my university. Honestly, I don't need it: between this and Pages/Keynote, I have everything, and it does more than I can do on my PC.

Not quite as convenient as its Linux or Windows cousins and I hate how it compusilvely opens up that browser window. But on the other hand, it is OpenOffice.org on a Mac...

It's not as fast as OpenOffice on windows (slow startup) but it's getting better. Plus it's free and native, and working with open formats is a nice thing for the future.

slow and not a nice design. but usefull and free.

still performance-challenged even on fast hardware, but also still free

I give this to EVERY new mac user I know who doesn't want to have to spend more money on office for mac. I am totally in love with this app. Spread the word!

beta 3 looks very nice! I'm deploying it to my customers...
