NFOViewer is a small utility application for viewing .nfo files.
Certainly not the most robust nfo viewer ever, but likely the best on the mac. A seperate font download is reqired for the program to operate (mentioned in readme).

NFO files usually contain release information about a software program and are commonly associated with software piracy groups. A typical modern day warez NFO file is elaborate and highly decorated, donning a large ASCII art logo at the top with various software release and warez group information below.

I've never come across an .nfo that couldn't be opened with TextEdit, etc.
definitely needs a quicklook version.. well it's just a NSTextView with a predefined view so it shouldn't be too hard.
Note that in this version the font is included in the zip (but you have to install it yourself obviously).
Homepage moved to http://blockart.sourceforge.net New version 0.3 beta3 is available there. Works without any problems here. It is perfect for my needs.
