It's nice to see that Rogue Amoeba has some fans on IUseThis! Believe me, this is a GREAT app that's worth the $40. It sets up your personal server automatically, no hassle at all. Just play your music and you're ready to go!
It's $40, not sure it if it's worth it considering the free alternatives that exist on other OSes. It's a good app that would be better priced for $30 less.
