I second Dave and Dan. We spent months trying time apps with no success. Then we tried OfficeTime. It did everything quickly, simply and as expected. Something surprisingly rare in this category of application. We also have found the developer to be on top of user needs.

It's got its problems, but it's still the best I've found for my needs, and the developer is very responsive and friendly.

I looked at and test drove over a dozen time tracking applications before finding the perfect one: OfficeTime.
As someone who bills for his labor and needs to track time spent on working for over 15 clients, OfficeTime does everything I need.
