If you feel Opacity is too expensive, a more affordable alternative is Opacity Express

I suppose if it's a competitor of IconBuilder (http://osx.iusethis.com/app/iconbuilder) then the price is about right.

Come on, Starman. For that price I may get Photoshop Elements which is an excellent tool for UI graphics design (these words are ones of a person who has made enough skins/buttons/icons to judge) even if used alone.

At present time the one and the only clear advantage of Opacity is pixel snapping. That's where I may applaud (seriously).

Oh, yes, the UI looks fantastic and lets one create wonderful icons in minutes. Ones like an app icon itself as doing anything more complex than an arrow requires either too much time or edditional tools ;) Sometimes both.

And seriously, I won't recomment any person investing 90 bucks into a software which developers din't even bother to invest a little money into UI development or graphics.

Tag: at present time it's quite ok for $15 but not 90.

Overpriced ??? no way is this overpriced, the only reason that this can be considered overpriced is if you don't need it !
The comment about the UI is completly subjective and misleading. You may not like the UI, you may not be used to the UI, you may not understand the UI, but I can tell you if you need this app and use it, then you will find that the UI works well.

And no, I'm not affiliated with the developers in any way... just a happy user who happily parted with the cash for an app that has more than paid for itself.

Nice application, but has two serious flaws:
1. it's extremely overpriced
2. the UI sucks
