Extremely fast and effective, ideal for campus life.
One problem though: iTunes 7 changed how it works, and this hasn't been updated yet. Until then, it won't connect to v7 users.
Sure, it doesn't look like it should be on a Mac at all, but it works great. Searching is really fast as it stores a list of all the songs it found instead of searching over the network again. Only minor quirk I experienced was on a wireless network. Some transfers got stuck at 99%, but all the songs still work and most of the time the last second is silence so no problem really.

I think that this is meant to be a sorta replacement kinda thing.

It's fast as hell. Much quicker, down and dirty than Blue Coconut. The GUI is very klunky and downright disgusting. But god it works fast.
is nice, but needs support (or better instructions) for downloading from password protected peers.
Works well, but the GUI is horrific/primative.
sadly, MyTunes is still superior to anything on the Mac.
If you are on a university campus with ubiquitous wi fi get ready to download music at 3 seconds per song.
