drumnjazz - I am with you - just trashed all my BIAS apps…
They treat and punish customers like criminals and call this company policy:
"Dear Customer - of course we will take your money (lots of money)- but in our eyes you are potential criminal and you first have to proof the opposite…"
NO THANKS!
There are other great software companies and developers with a different policy and I'll be glad to give them my money!
Stopped using Peak after years of hostile customer service, constant upgrade emails and having critical comments deleted from their forums. And I was a customer two times over! Nice way to treat someone who spends $400+ on your product.
I switched over to Wave Editor by Audiofile Engineering and couldn't be happier.
The company info and download URLs link to Peak Pro 5 so perhaps the version number shown here should be 5 and the name changed to Peak Pro?
I use Peak Pro XT 5 regularly and find it to be an excellent pro-audio editor.
