Now called Perian's Type Installer. At version 2.3.

This seems to work fine, though it uses an app called PlistBuddy that I didn't know I had (maybe included in the package?). When it says "Perian" filetypes, v1.05 means AC3; FLV; MKA; MKV; VOB. It doesn't add WMV icons if you don't already have them set via Flip4Mac.
