Picture Switcher is a drop-in replacement for the Desktop portion of the "Desktop & Screen Saver" preference pane. It gives you more options beyond the built in system that greatly enhance your desktop experience.

Features include:
* Easy access to your pictures via Picture Switcher's picture menu and picture viewer.
* Core Image - Core Image is leveraged to allow you to create stunning effects on your pictures, as well as adding several new options for transitioning from one picture to another.
* A new placement type has been added, "Scale to Fill Screen" which will scale your picture proportionally to fit the screen.
* Full Applescript support for changing the picture, as well as the settings for the picture.
