PlugSuit
PlugSuit is a plug-in manager for Mac OS X. It is designed to work (and keep working) in Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard and later. It’s compatible with the plug-ins for Mike Solomon's SIMBL and allows user-owned InputManager-based plug-ins, such as SafariStand and Inquisitor to work under Leopard.

Doesn't work in 10.4 Tiger any longer. Suggesting an update of the description.
