numerically-intensive parallel graphics application that computes a Mandelbrot-like fractal and displays processor performance statistics. This app uses the Velocity Engine, a.k.a. AltiVec, and multiple processors (MP) for its computations and uses UCLA AppleSeed's MacMPI_X library for communication between parallel processors. To run it on a Mac cluster, use Pooch. This code will also compute correctly on single processor machines and non-G4's.
