PTHiTunesNotifier

PTHiTunesNotifier is an application that displays the currently playing iTunes track in an overlay window and allows you to control iTunes from the menu bar and via Hot Keys. The information is shown in an overlay window whenever the current track changes and disappears after a few seconds (think of the the text at the beginning of music videos).

This app will only work under Mac OS X 10.2 or later.

Please read the enclosed README and FAQ for use in 10.3 and 10.4.

It's more customisable and more user-friendly than any other iTunes controller I have tried. That includes QuickTunes, Synergy, SizzlingKeys, Menuet+Growl and others. That's why I'm still using it after all these years.

I've uploaded this because I still use it every day even though it is unsupported and discontinued. I'm hosting the file butt cannot answer any questiosn about the app. Please see the documentation that comes with the app.
