pyTivoX lets you transfer your media files from your mac to your tivo. It is a free replacement for the upload feature of Tivo Desktop Plus. (Look at iTiVo for the download features). It is aimed at making pytivo intuitive and simple, without having to do any extra installation work.
pyTiVoX only runs on OSX 10.5 (Leopard) and up.
Installation:
Download the archive and double-click it. In the newly created folder, you will find the pyTivoX program icon. Drag the pyTivoX icon into your 'Applications' directory, and run it from there.
Note that if you ask pyTivoX to launch at startup, it will run in the background, without an icon in the dock. There will still be an icon for it in the top menubar.
