This widget (for Mac OS X) lets you listen to your favorite radio stations online.
Unlike other radio widgets, RadioTuner lets you customize the list of radio stations. This means, that you can listen to almost any online radio stations (RealPlayer only). No longer do you need more than one widget to listen to all your favorite radio stations -- enjoy!
RadioTuner requires Mac OS X 10.4 and RealPlayer. (version 10.1 for Intel-Macs, version 10 for PPC)

Eh, ever since Apple added "web clips" in Safari, I've used that instead. Simply make sure to un-click the "Play audio in Dashboard" option to activate persistent radio.
Not much of a fan of RealPlayer either. If I can avoid install it, all the better. I'm not married to BBC Radio, so all the better (the BBC uses RealPlayer formats for its international streams, a very foolish thing to do).
