I found this very buggy, if you use an intel mac there's a bug that means you cannot connect to VNC clients on Windows such as TightVNC and UltraVNC, despite the fact that Chicken of the VNC connects to them perfectly.

Can't even tell you how much time this app saves me when managing my 60+ mac network. I can solve problems remotely by observing/controlling users' Macs, restart machines, get detailed reports about hardware/software, copy software to multiple machines at once, and even control my Windows servers via VNC. I don't even use it for automating tasks, though I should. A must-have for any mac user in charge of 3 or more Macs - the more Macs you have, the better the value!
