I used to like Retrospect. That was over a decade ago though and it seems not much has changed since then... it probably works quite well but I got the feeling (from an OEM copy that came with a NAS box) that this app has been long since neglected. Not to mention the fact that it now has to content with cloud based competitors like Mozy, Carbonite, etc.
