It's not the prettiest, nor the best RSS reader, but it's uber cross-platform and it's solid. Recommended for people on the cheap/free/cross-platform side.

Oh, and very little CPU

I use this one on both my 3 computers, which ones run different operating systems. And RSSOwl is everywhere. (thanks to java). For me, one of the best rss-readers at the moment.
