I prefer the less intrusive TextExpander.
I find this more accessible than many of the clipboard utilities. Push CTRL + T and it appears. Click an item and the unformatted text gets typed into the active field. Shift focus of mouse and the application disappears from view. I use it to store my most frequently used email snippets.
