Nice app. Clean, efficient, works as described. (I ran it on OSX 10.6.4 and Safari 5.0 without issue.) The readme is legable, helpful and brief. Only issue I found was that the update checker pointed me to an older version than the 1.3 version linked here. A real time saver.

This is an excellent utility for checking to make sure all the website URLs in your Safari Bookmarks are alive and kicking. I dreaded using it the first time - I was used to dial-up on Windows, and such a task took as much as a half hour. I have cable modem on Mac now: SBC took less than 60 seconds to scan and verify 882 entries. I manually double-checked some of the sites listed as invalid, forbidden or moved temporarily, and the utility was accurate. SBC will help keep dead links from piling up in your Bookmarks, and it will do it FAST.
