Safari Tidy plugin Universal Binary

Version: 0.2.5 || Release Date: 2008-03-17 || License: Freeware Developer: Kasper Nauwelaerts

The Safari Tidy plugin is a small plugin that lets you validate the webpages you browse for (X)HTML compliance. The actual validation is done by Tidy.
In the bottom right corner of each browser window you will see the amount of warnings and errors the current page has, along with a small icon.
Clicking on the icon will show the source of the current page.
The default 'view-source' window of Safari is extended so that it shows all the errors and warnings in a list. The lines containing errors are highlighted so they can be located easily.

Absolutely brilliant plugin here. I got fed up with HTML Validator for Firefox after realising that the PPC version would never be updated (it hasn't been developed for 3 years now). As that was so old, I found it was missing quite a few clear errors and is also very slow.
Switching to this up-to-date Safari 3 version of the same plugin results in more errors being found and a MUCH quicker load/launch time.
I also <3 the fact that the source code is numbered meaning that it's easy to track down the correct place (unlike the Firefox version - which simply highlights in "easy to miss" grey).

Overall highly recommended.

Neat and useful, but turns off long line wrapping in the source view.
