Saft is a Safari plugin to add features like draggable tabs, full-screen browsing, searchable bookmarks and history, URL shortcuts, kiosk mode and more.
@wordy: The feature works fine for me. Maybe you're using the Return key instead of the Enter key. The Enter key is on the bottom-right of external keyboards, and left of the arrow keys on built-in keyboards.
Does anyone know how to make this feature work? From the "features list" --
Enter/Ctrl-Enter to Go to Next/Previous Links (Like in Google)
Due to user requests, Saft add this OmniWeb feature to Safari. You can use Enter key instead of clicking on "next" links as in pages of search results from Google. Ctrl-enter for "previous" link. Saft does so by searching for links with these two keywords (and their variants in German, French and Japanese).
If you want to uninstall this, and I can't believe you won't, as it is buggy to say the least - go into /Library/Input Mangers and delete saft. Whether it it removes all the junk of an install I don't know, but at least it stops this crap from running.
You could try running the uninstaller, as per the instruction by the genius coder behind Saft, but as it doesn't exist you'll have to code it yourself - which should do you some good to learn some coding at least, so fortunately will not be a complete waste of time.
If there ever was a candidate for Nagware, this would surely be in the top. While the manual states it should only pop up a dialog box every 30 mins, it was more like every 5 or 10 mins. Very irritating when you're trying to watch a movie! Since PithHelmet's ad blocking is better and Mega Zoom works in all programs and is free to boot, I really couldn't find it worth to spend $12 just for draggable tabs. Luckily I had no problems uninstalling on Safari 3.0.3 despite the previous comment.
If you install Saft for Safari 3.0,3 you will not be able to UNINSTALL. You will receive a reminder to buy every time Safari is opened and then every thirty minutes. The reminders will continue until you buy.
I feel the same way, Scott, except that I just choose not to use Safari at all instead of pay for features that Apple should include for free. I use Camino as my main browser, although Firefox can also accomplish all of Saft's features and more with extensions. If you require a Webkit-based browser and you feel you just have to spend money, why not buy OmniWeb? It's faster at rendering pages than Safari, and you practically need to buy Saft to enjoy Safari anyway.

Saft adds features, and it's great. No need to Safari bash, mmilian. This just isn't the place. Try the Safari comments.
