Screen sieve is not that useful for Macs with small screens, because it only highlights what is on screen at the moment, not what is in the document. That said, I find it useful for picking out words in terminal.app. It's nice to see all instances of a word at once instead of one at a time.

This is somewhat like Safari 3.0's find, except Safari will also scan the whole document, making it the best of all worlds. Hopefully that engine will be available to the operating system in general.

I just started using this, and its a great addition to any applications' find utility. It makes it much easier to find what you're looking for on the screen.
