3 Opinions

It's a payable document authoring tool with good features for creating online documentations or printed manuals.
Some workflows are a little bit confusing.

I can't believe how much time I spent on Pages, Word and Google docs trying to streamline my methods for creating CMS documentation for clients. Why didn't I know about this app sooner?

Developer seems responsive and pushes out new releases with features that the community asks for in a timely fashion.

Good stuff!

Cons:

- Confuuusing interface.
- Slooow performance.

Pros:

- Awesome results.
- Nifty annotation tools, such as sequential numbering by simply clicking on items in the screenshot.

Recommendations:

- Buy it if you A) can't stand giving instructions to your Mom over telephone... or B) Have a company (say, software developer or what have you) and wish for a simple way to make quick manuals that are easy to add, edit and rearrange items in.

- If you don't have a specific need for this kind of tool, you can favorably use the old fashion way of taking screenshots and make notes in TextEdit.
