Used daily and recommended. A cut down basics only image editor based on Gimp but deploys fast with a smaller memory footprint and does all the basics I need for blogging.
Seashore is almost as good as gimp but gimp is a little bit better. A small file (5mb) and a good thing to have
Fantastic image editor- I used this after not being able to get X11 running (for gimp's sake). I've tried ChocoFlop, but I think this is better.
This was my first real experience with image editing- I made a Daffy Duck icon for Adium!
A very handy little image editor. Great for quick touch-ups or simple images. Has a few stability issues, but a great light-weight alternative to GIMP, Photoshop, etc.
I haven't had much occasion to use Seashore in recent months, but it was a real lifesaver when I had to get some serious image editing done on a school machine. (Of course I didn't have the priveliges to install X11, so Gimp wasn't an option.)
The interface might take a bit of getting used to for hardcore Gimp users, but overall it's a very nice little program. I hear it even has tablet support.
Love this app, just what I´ve been looking for... And it's free!
For animated GIFs, I'd use GIFfun.
Does it make animated GIFs?
Wow, this app loads so fast, and seriously, for minor image adjustments, any and everyone who reads this should use it! It is indispensable!!!
