SEEdit Maxi has a lot more features and can be used without paying the $30 Shareware fee, but it has a nuisance screen at startup and shutdown.

SEEdit Mini is no longer available. You can obtain SEEdit Maxi, and use it without paying the Shareware fee, but there's a nuisance screen on startup AND on quit.

Great css editor. Can be upgraded to SEEdit Maxi by paying a $30 shareware fee.
