ShadowPlan is a PalmOS outliner with a corresponding Mac desktop application. It allows organizing tasks, notes, and other items along with tagging and filtering capabilities. The desktop app uses Qt, and it's also available for Windows and GNU/Linux operating systems. The desktop can also export outlines into XML for processing with other applications.
