Shimo is the swiss army knife for VPN connections. It supports almost all VPN protocols out there! Cisco, IPSec, OpenVPN, PPTP and even SSH are no problem for Shimo

Shimo is able to automate everything around your secure network connections: Establish connections automatically when you change your network location, execute AppleScripts on certain events or get notified about these events.
This is just a very small excerpt of Shimo's capabilities. Feel free to download Shimo from our website and find out about its extraordinary feature set. The downloadable version comes without any restrictions and therefore you are able to find out if it suits your personal requirements before you buy a license!

Splendid! I don't know how I put with Cisco's client for so long. Oh, that's why, because I didn't know I had any options.

Incredible app, makes easy the way that I work!!!! Every day

I hate Cisco VPN Client. This is such a nice app. Too bad I still have to have the Cisco client on my computer, I thought it was a replacement. Still nice, just use my global hotkeys to connect and disconnect.

Shimo 1.0 has some new sounds to replace the old ones. Just check them out!

Shimo is much better than CIscoVPN Client. One annoying thing about Shimo is it's notification sound... so I disabled them all.

the application does not work with me - i cannot even launch it! :(

i am on a macbook using osx 10.4.9.

It still works great, and the 0.9.8 update seems to have made it even faster.

Hey, I just downloaded the update, and now it works great. It seems ideal. It just starts up, sits there quietly in the menubar, and I have my Cisco VPN. No more typing in lots of stuff every time I want to send e-mail; no more dialog boxes bouncing repeatedly into my face; no more two ugly items in my dock, just to be connected.

Thanks, Shimo dudes!

@janglius please help me finding this bug... I have an updated version for testing, so send me an email and I will send you this version.

Its been working for me so far, and I really like it. Very Mac like - what the Cisco VPN client should have actually looked like.
