Shroud places a solid-color backdrop behind windows or applications on your Mac so you can focus on what you're doing.
Define keyboard shortcuts which place Shroud behind the frontmost application or window. Unlike some similar applications, the backdrop doesn't activate when you click on it, messing up your carefully arranged workspace.
To eliminate even more distractions, Shroud optionally obscures your menu bar until you move the mouse over it. To look at the menu bar without moving the mouse (to see the clock, for example), hold down a configurable set of modifier keys.
