SmallNews takes a list of newspaper RSS feeds and creates a PDF document you can either print or read offline on a PC or eBook reader.

Each feed can be set to be included on specific days, and you can filter out stories you’re not interested in by excluding certain categories.
As many newspaper feeds only contain a summary of the article, SmallNews has handlers for certain sites which go and retrieve the full text to include.

In v0.1 & 0.2, these sites are:
- The Guardian / The Observer
- The Times
- New York Times
- Washington Post
- BBC News

(The Guardian actually does provide a full-text feed, but the handler does some additional formatting on the feed to improve the layout for printing)
