@iusethis :

I'll definitively pick this up when 1.0 comes out. Until then I'm sticking with Nicotine 1.0.8 from the Fink project.

Horribly unstable. Crashes every 5 minutes. I have to use Soulseex, which I don't like much; but at least slsx works. Not ready. I'll keep an eye on it because there is a potential.

If you need your slsk fix right now, try soulseeX. Its definitely not as pretty but it just works for now.

Hey guys and gals, well I am the project manager of SolarSeek and well all I can say as far as the crashing is concerned, is that we are working on it. With only 1 or 2 developers at a time and hard to find the resources to fix the current major problems, it is causing development to take quite some time. We have not given up nor will we ever, so please hold in there. Good things are in store for SolarSeek. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

ummm.... it really doesn't work for me at all, constantly crashes if it even starts in the first place. Definitely a WAY better interface than anything else though, I hope they fix the networking code because this could easily be the best mac p2p program.

It has the tendency to crash, but when it holds, its one of the most effective p2p apps for music files

SolarSeek is probably the best p2p for music I have found for OS X.
