Spotlight already provides these options. For simple search, use hotkeys Command-Space. To expand the simple search results and see more options, click Show All in Spotlight results.

To go directly to search with options, use hotkeys Option-Command-Space. This opens a search window in Finder. To see more options, click the + at right of search window toolbar.

To set different hotkeys, use Spotlight prefs in System Preferences.

Really nice application.

Download link adds automatically unnecessary .bz2 suffix to the dmg image file.

I tried a few other Spotlight utilities and this is by far the best. An option-rich, but clean interface makes it a joy to use. I've used Spotlight a lot more because of this product.
