SQLite Manager
SQLiteManager is a database manager for SQLite2 and SQLite3 databases.
SQLiteManager allows you to open and work with sqlite 2.x, sqlite 3.x, in memory databases and REALSQL Server databases. It allows you to create and browse tables, views, triggers and indexes. It enables you to insert, delete and updates records in a very intuitive way and it supports you arbitrary SQL commands.

This app looks nice but 39 USD is way to much. The sqlite-manager Firefox extension (http://code.google.com/p/sqlite-manager) does the same.
I bought a copy of this a few weeks ago, and it's a pretty solid app. Much better than SQLite Database Browser.
Try <a href="http://osx.iusethis.com/app/mesasqlite">MesaSQLite</a>, it's not free but it doesn't nag. In fact, the only way I found out it wasn't free was by looking up the home page to list it on here.

Very clean UI but it nags you every other mouse click that you are running a demo. Very annoying.
