Stainless

Version: 0.6 || Release Date: 2009-05-08 || License: Freeware Developer: Mesa Dynamics, LLC

A multi-process browser for OS X Leopard.

Although Stainless started out as a technology demo to showcase our own multi-processing architecture in response to Google Chrome, we've been inspired by our growing fanbase to forge ahead and craft Stainless into a full-fledged browser. In fact, Stainless now has features you won't find in Chrome or in any other browser.

A prime example is parallel sessions, which allow you to log into a site using different credentials in separate tabs at the same time. This new technology is woven throughout Stainless, from the private cookie storage system, to session-aware bookmarks that remember the session in which they were saved. We're excited to showcase what we believe is a true browser innovation.

Nice browser, Very fast and minimal. Integrate with leech and 1password and this browser will rule them all. Seriously.

Very, very nice. Fast, clean, and I love the "Inspect element" feature for web development.

At this point you'll still may need a mature browser, depending on your usage, but Stainless gets better and better every week.

Bookmark handling sucks and it doesn't yet appear to support saving passwords into keychain, but once that is dealt with, this browser might become my default browser. I really like it.

This is brilliant. It's missing some must have features, but single session tabs alone make this worth checking out. Once Stainless is feature complete it will own other browsers.

Whoa. the dmg is 540KB... of course, it reuses webkit, but that's small :-)

Wow, I'm impressed. Chrome for Mac may make this obsolete, but in the meantime it's pretty awesome.
