Stainless

Version: 0.8 || Release Date: 2011-07-25 || License: Freeware Developer: Mesa Dynamics, LLC | App Owner: saddino

A multi-process browser for OS X Leopard.

Although Stainless started out as a technology demo to showcase our own multi-processing architecture in response to Google Chrome, we've been inspired by our growing fanbase to forge ahead and craft Stainless into a full-fledged browser. In fact, Stainless now has features you won't find in Chrome or in any other browser.

A prime example is parallel sessions, which allow you to log into a site using different credentials in separate tabs at the same time. This new technology is woven throughout Stainless, from the private cookie storage system, to session-aware bookmarks that remember the session in which they were saved. We're excited to showcase what we believe is a true browser innovation.

This is a sweet browser. Very fast.

This is a really nice browser. It has some bugs, but overall I love it

I just have to say that this app is awesome, especially now that it has a basic download queue. I'd be using it to replace camino if it weren't for my dependence on the 1Password integration :)

I like it a lot, but I can't seem to download files with it.

Requires Leopard

I fell in love with it literally in less than 10 seconds of using it. This has LOADS of potential.

Very minimal. I like what it's got, but it's not really usable to me without keybindings for stuff like switching tabs and giving the location field focus.

Wow, a nice and lightweight browser... Pretty fast, only the features really needed. It's already the browser of my choice.
