I use this to keep my flash drive synched with a folder on my Mac. Works well most of the time. Does a good job with backups too, archiving modified files if you want (helpful if you want to go back to a previous version of a file).
Better than any other backup or synch software I've used - fast, clean interface, feature-rich, and the developer is active with the message board to help with problems and listen to feedback. Price isn't bad either - especially if you're a student!
