i use Quicksilver (http://quicksilver.blacktree.com) to do this and a lot of other stuff, also with addresses and many other things - Launcher, send fast emails with attachments, etc. there are many ways to Get Things Done faster witch Quicksilver...

Highly useful. I use it at least everyday -- so long as you use Address Book.app.
