This isn't free software. How about changing the license from "Freeware" to "Commercial"… or else sending me a free copy!

No worse than TurboTax, so my recommendation is wait until both packages go on sale in mid-January, and then look for the best deal. It does import prior year TurboTax info, but carefully check your imported data be it from TurboTax, Quicken, download, etc. (Frankly most of my issues seem to have been caused by flakey Quicken exports than anything with TaxCut -- or TurboTax in prior years!)

I used TaxCut this year (2008 filing season) instead of TurboTax due to some of the policy changes Intuit made (but later retracted), like charging per printed return. I found the experience comparable to TurboTax; when I did run into problems (with the software) the online support chat was fairly quick and painless.
