The best editor I have ever used. It gets used everyday and I am always learning something new about it.

I've also switched to Sublime Text 2, but the one single beef I have with ST2 is that it selects lines differently than most other editors including TM, Coda, Espresso, TextEdit.app, … all of them.
With line selection I'm referring to e.g. when having the cursor on the beginning of a line and pressing ARROW DOWN while holding SHIFT. It places the cursor on the next line instead of just highlighting the current line. I may be the only one in the world who doesn't like this, though.

I've stopped using Textmate a few days ago and switched to Sublime Text 2. Same overal philosophy, only incredibly cooler (and actively developed).

any sftp/ftp support in there?? svn, git, mercurial support? any kind of stuff that IDE has at all????

This app is dead....

Killer, killer, killer application. Incomparably better than alternatives on any platform in my opinion. I used to think BBEdit was very powerful. TextMate goes much further, with a great interface. Excellent stuff.

Developer's best friend.

There are about 3 applications (IMO) worth switching to a Mac to be able to use. Scrivener, Things (or OmniFocus depending on your needs), and TextMate.

re: zgoda

SlickEdit 2008 for Mac OS X runs as an X11 application. Duh!

Kate runs on KDE, and jEdit is "powered" by Java.

These are very obscure candidates for competitors of an editor that runs fully native on Mac, with great features and extendability. I'd rather prefer Emacs or Vim to the ones you describe as "better than TM".. :)
