equinux has just released a newer version (2.9) which offers enhanced EPG for American and Australian viewers. The TubeGuide US seems particularly cool - you can create up to four channel lineups based on your zip code and TV provider. It makes theTubeStick much more portable in the US. A totally worthwhile development.

The Software has still bugs and crashes and a lack of features, which the competitive software as eyeTV have since years, like timeshifting, programable recording, EPG, editing of the recorded material, different export formats,... However, it is a intuitive, Apple-like and easy-to-use software. We will see what the future brings. Equinux announces in their FAQ alot interesting enhancements between the rows...
