I am ok with previous comment about ugly, poor and non functional GUI. No efforts was made toward mac user.

I bought the PRO tools and the way to update it is awfull : no notification for new version and you have to register to the website in order to download the updated software. Futhermore, the screenshot functionnaly do not play well : screenshots are sending by mail.

Definitely not for mac.

I like the website for this service, but the desktop application is written in Java... which has its obvious drawbacks (non standard interface, long startup times, etc.)
