transWidget - A free (GPL) Mac OS X Widget for TransLink Bus Times

transWidget is intended to help users of the Greater Vancouver Transportation Authority by showing the next four bus arrival times for specific routes and stops. The widget will automatically obtain the bus times, direction and stop information for display.

Features

transWidget provides the following capabilities:

* Monitor unlimited bus routes & stops
* See the next three times for any monitored stop
* Stores preferences
* Automatically updates times in the background or when dashboard is restarted

Project status

transWidget is stable software. I have been testing it for approximately two months and it seems to work correctly for my routes. However, I'm only one person and the TransLink system is extensive. If you find a bug with transWidget please feel free to contact me and provide as much information as you can with respect to bus, route, stop, and any other relevant details.
