Tweet-r is an Adobe AIR Twitter client, hence available for Mac OSX, Windows and Linux.
Its got a simple, clean interface, is easy to configure, a clean layout. Supports all Twitter functions and can upload files up to 10Mb. Also has the feature to use your machine's webcam to take a picture and upload it with your twitter.
