Version 5.0 | Release Date: 2008-10-22 | Download
  • Added built-in server to support iPhone synchronization and backup.
  • Enhanced Palm HotSync support so that it is no longer necessary to run Life Balance under Rosetta on Intel Macs in order for the HotSync menu to appear within Life Balance. This means that Palm users can now run Life Balance at full speed, and still have the convenience of changing HotSync settings from within Life Balance.
Version 4.0.4 | Release Date: 2007-12-06 | Download
  • When using iCal sync, the time of Life Balance calendar events will no longer be set incorrectly to 12 midnight when they are moved to a different day in iCal.
  • Fixed bug introduced in 4.0.3 where HotSync menu would not appear and the conduit would not be installed for customers using Missing Sync.
  • Conduit will no longer complain if the Life Balance document that it is making a snapshot of cannot be found, as might happen on the first sync.
  • Conduit can now make a snapshot of the Life Balance document when it's in its default location in the user's Palm folder and the user has not explicitly selected it in the conduit settings.
  • Fixed basic_string::_S_create error in conduit under Panther.
Version 4.0.1 | Release Date: 2007-11-14 | Download
  • Fixed two cases where iCal synchronization data in a Life Balance document was not restored properly when a document was re-opened, leading to possible data loss and duplication.
  • Changed the iCal sync logic to perform a "reset" sync rather than a "slow" sync when the sync anchor in Life Balance does not match the one in Sync Services. This prevents data loss when a Life Balance document is restored from backups or the user opens a copy.
Version 4.0 | Release Date: 2007-11-07 | Download
  • Support for Mac OS X Leopard
  • Universal binary, runs natively on both PowerPC- and Intel-based Macintosh computers.

  • Pop-up reminders for your most important scheduled tasks.
  • Support for Spotlight indexing, so you can easily locate text inside your Life Balance documents.
  • AppleScript support with a full featured dictionary that covers most of the application. You can now create and modify Life Balance tasks, places and events using AppleScript.
  • Ten custom Automator actions for some of the most common Life Balance operations.
  • And more!

Life Balance v3.2.9 is a minor update, mostly necessary to satisfy the documentation requirements for the Palm Software Connection store. It also addresses a minor issue in Life Balance on the Mac that prevented the dialog box from appearing during the 30 day trial period to remind people to purchase a license.
