Daylight-saving time information for Cuba, Haiti, Honduras, Jordan, Mongolia and Syria has been updated. Haiti, Honduras and Mongolia recently decided to abolish DST. Cuba adopted the new United States DST rule (second Sunday in March to first Sunday in November). Syria and Jordan changed the date of DST start and end, respectively.
