This release fixes a variety of bugs, but introduces no new
features.

Cytoscape 2.5.0 contains many improvements over previous versions,
including:
- Redesigned VizMapper Interface - The newly redesigned VizMapper
interface makes customizing visual styles easy
- control colors, labeling and opacity to effectively visualize
your data
- new panel layout exposes more VizMapper functionality
- intuitive slide controls allow you to handle continuous

- Plugin Manager - Use the Plugin Manager to install, update, and
remove Cytoscape plugins on the fly
- install plugins from within Cytoscape to add new functionality
- check for updates on already installed plugins
- customize Plugin Manager to look for plugins at other download
sites (Cytoscape provides a default site for plugin distribution [link])
- Layout Manager - Advanced layout parameters are now under your
control
- look under the hood of Cytoscape layout algorithms
- modify layout parameters to optimize the display of your
networks

This is a minor bug-fix release with no new
features.
